Helping clients build their property portfolio

A popular location meant the client needed a quick decision in order to secure the purchase, which was a great opportunity to add to their property portfolio, changing the use to create a semi-commercial property.

We assessed the case and provided the surety of our funding that the client and broker needed. The client intends to apply for planning permission to change the use of the upper floors to residential for a higher yield.

The property is a listed building, however we were happy with the clients intended plans, and offering an appropriate loan term provides the client with a facility that will allow sufficient time for the refurb to be completed and also refinance to a term loan.
