The broker informed us that the exit was sale of the property and we swiftly provided terms for an 18 month facility with interest retained for 12 months, this is to allow sufficient time to transact a sale.

Working in collaboration with the broker, Damian Davies we were able to meet the clients expectations and provide much needed cash flow to enable the client to sell the property and release equity.
This facility was above our published maximum loan value, demonstrating our ability to be flexible for the right deal.
